MEATBALLS WITH TOMATO SAUCE
Materials:
For the meatballs: 3 tablespoons Belkıs Sunflower Oil
700 grams low-fat ground beef
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Salt, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, black pepper, chopped parsley
For frying: 1 glass of Belkis Sunflower Oil. For the sauce: ½ tea glass of Belkıs Sunflower Oil.
1 tablespoon pepper paste
2 tablespoons of chili pepper
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
5 cups broth
8 slices of bread
5 tablespoons Belkis Sunflower Oil
Preparation of:
First, let's prepare the meatballs. To do this, add minced meat, grated onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, spices and Belkıs sunflower oil and start kneading. Make meatballs the way you want. Heat the Belkis sunflower oil in a pan, fry the meatballs and put them on paper towels. For the sauce in another pan, mix Belkis sunflower oil, tomato paste, chili pepper and water and make a thick sauce. Add sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Add the fried meatballs and cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the bread in a pan or in the oven by applying Belkis oil. Then dip it in sauce, put it on a plate, arrange the meatballs on it and serve it hot. Enjoy your meal!
