GAZİANTEP LENTIL MEATBALLS

Materials:
2 and a half cups of lentils
2 and a half glasses of fine bulgur
2 large onions
6-7 green onions
8 cloves of garlic
Half a bunch of parsley (if the bunch is large)
Salt, black pepper, chili pepper
Tomato paste 4-5 tablespoons
Belkis Sunflower Oil 2 cups

Preparation of:
First of all, we boil the lentils, do not add too much water, just cover them a little. Let's cover the boiled lentils, add fine bulgur and tomato paste and mix. Then let's chop all the greens finely. Let's pour the oil into a pan and put the chopped onion on it so that it turns a little pink. Let's add green onions on top. Meanwhile, let's put our meatballs in the kneading bowl and knead them. Let's throw the parsley we chopped on the meatballs and knead it a few times. Let's add red pepper flakes to our heated oil according to our taste and pour it over the meatballs. Let's mix it well, dip our hands into the oil and squeeze it. Enjoy your meal
