Our Production Process
Raw Material Intake
Raw materials from our suppliers are subjected to meticulous quality control processes. Only raw materials that meet our standards are admitted to production.
Refining
Crude oils are refined through neutralization, bleaching and deodorization stages. Our modern refinery facility has a capacity of 500 tons/day.
Quality Control
Analyses in accordance with ISO 22000, BRC AA+ and HACCP standards are carried out in each production lot. Products go through comprehensive tests before being released.
Filling & Packaging
Products are packaged in our hygienic filling lines with different packaging options ranging from 250ml to 18 liters.
Storage & Dispatch
Products are stored under controlled temperature conditions; delivered to consumers through our strong distribution network in Gaziantep and 12 provinces.

Thanks to technology investments made over the years, Pamyağ refinery facility has become one of the most modern refined oil facilities in Turkey today. With continuously updated equipment and automation systems, we increase our production efficiency and maintain quality consistency at maximum level.
