Materials
For the dough: 1 glass of Belkıs Sunflower Oil

Preparation of:
First, put the salt and flour in a deep bowl and start mixing. Add water slowly and knead until it becomes a homogeneous dough. If you cannot let it sit overnight, you need to let it rest for at least 25 minutes. For the filling, mix chopped peanuts with cream, sugar and Belkis oil. Roll out the dough very thinly using a rolling pin, drizzle the oil on the tray with your hand and spread it all over. Share the creamy pistachio mixture on top and fold it in layers. Spread the rest of the dough on top and close the edges tightly. Cook it in a pan with Belkis oil and place it on a hot serving plate. Enjoy your meal! Tip: To roll out the dough very thinly, first using a rolling pin and then pulling it with your hand will make your job easier. Bosnian pastry is also made from this dough. Since the dough is kept in oil, it is rolled out very easily and does not tear while rolling out. It is a great dough for both sweet and salty treats.
